Introduction IV
In this section, we shall acknowledge that Prophet Muhammad, on whom be peace, is the Heavenly light that had been promised throughout the centuries by the Almighty ALLAH for the guidance of His entire creation.
Prophet Muhammad, on whom be peace, is the first creation of ALLAH, when ALLAH wished to reveal Himself before the creation of any form He took the Light of His Noble Face and said be “Muhammad” (See: Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qadir Jilani. Sirr-ul-Asrar wa Mazhar-ul-Anwar, Baghdad (561 AH/ 1166 CE), translated by Tosun Bayrak as “The Secret of Secrets and the Manifestation of Light”, Cambridge: Islamic Texts Society, 1994). This is what we would also find in the Book of Enoch. This is the Sacrosanct light below the Divine throne of the Majesty, seeing this light the Prophets gained their Prophecy and about which Prophet Jesus, on whom be peace, confirms to us in the Gospel of Barnabas. It is, what further, we will see in the Rabbinical writings, where he has been called as the “Nehora” when rendered in Arabic equals to “Noor”, the light that is one of his titles.
We will, apart from these facts, also be able to witness the wonderful events that followed with his noble birth, as had always been, when the great Prophets, who had before him appeared in history. However, Prophet Muhammad’s, on whom be peace, coming culminated the chain of Prophecy as after him there would be none to visit from Heaven as a Prophet and Messenger. It gives us clear evidence that men have now reached an epoch of illumination with his coming. As such, Prophet Muhammad, on whom be peace, delivered humanity from utmost degradation and elevated them to the utmost height of transcendence. He has given the world, the order and history which it previously lacked. He has also given the world the eternal Divine code of conduct, the Holy Quran by which men are to judge and perform their rituals until their extinction from the face of this earth.
With the aid of the Noble Quran and the Bible, we shall, with ease conclude this section with the absolute truth that Prophet Muhammad, on whom be peace, is that Divine light for whose sake heaven and earth, day and night, man and women, life and death came into existence to accord the fact: “There is no God but ALLAH; Muhammad is the Messenger of ALLAH”.
